About this course

The PADI Rescue Diver course will change the way you dive – in the best possible way. Learn to identify and fix minor issues before they become big problems, gain a lot of confidence and have serious fun along the way.

During the theoretical part you will learn how to identify possible underwater emergency situations as well as symptoms and consequences derived from diving illnesses.

Once completed you will be able to perform an underwater rescue from the beginning of the emergency until the Emergency Medical Services arrival.

With The PADI Rescue Diver you will learn to:

  • Self-rescue
  • Recognizing and managing stress in other divers
  • Emergency management and equipment
  • Rescuing panicked divers
  • Rescuing unresponsive divers
